Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, on Thursday, May 30th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!

Together you will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more. This class includes a cheese tasting. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.

All attendees must wear closed toe shoes in order to participate.

Tickets are $40 per person. Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored.

All attendees must bring proof of their registration to the workshop. This includes providing your "Order Number" or "Confirmation Code" received upon purchasing your ticket through Shopify. This will be required to participate in the workshop, so please ensure you have this information prepared beforehand.

Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance of the class that you cannot attend.
